Information we collect
We may collect your first and family name, RSVP response, party size, dietary notes, and a device-linked token that lets you update your response. The host may also maintain spouse-name pairs solely to warn about possible duplicate household RSVPs.
How we use information
We use this information only to manage this private baptism invitation, record and update RSVPs, identify possible duplicate household responses, and operate the invitation service.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. Our hosting provider may process RSVP information solely to operate this private service. We do not use RSVP information for advertising or marketing.
WhatsApp communication
Event announcements may be shared separately through an optional WhatsApp Community operated by the host. Joining it is voluntary. WhatsApp processes participation under its own privacy terms; this RSVP site does not automatically send WhatsApp messages.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for event coordination and service operations. You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or withdraw a communication preference, by contacting us.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information submitted. This service is for event coordination by invited adults and is not directed at collecting personal information from children.
